Many door leading into the temples of Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur are ornately carved and heavily crafted. Note the well structured pillars supporting the door are carved in simple traditional style. The base is decorated with decorative design of flowers. The top most part of the door illustrates a beautiful, continuous pattern of flowers, Sankha, chaitya stupa and. The door panes are covered with decorative flower design and lotus.
